Assurance Guidelines

The Project Quality Assurance Forum develops and distributes guidance material particularly for people accountable for project governance. We deliberately pitch this material as sets of high level principles that are relevant to all types of programmes and projects irrespective of their level of complexity, duration or cost.

Assurance Planning

This guidance is in development.
The guidance will provide a high level checklist of the questions to answer to develop a coherent Assurance Plan for your project.

Governance of Project Quality Assurance

The principles that the Project sponsor or SRO should adopt for PQA activities. This guidance sets out the accountabilities and oversight to ensure effective PQA.
